We're a four-year-old company with two thriving locations, a third opening this spring on Isle of Palms, and more on the horizon. How We Take Care of Our Team

We believe leadership should be sustainable. Management starts around 9 AM, doors open at 11, and we're closed by 10 PM every night. On top of healthy hours, we offer two weeks PTO in year one (15 days after three years), company-covered health insurance, uniforms and shift meals provided.

The Operating Partner Program

For exceptional General Managers, Heavy's offers something beyond the traditional management track. Operating Partners run their restaurant like an owner — leading culture and hospitality, sharing in the profits, developing the next generation of leaders, and helping open new locations as we grow.
